What we collect

  • Account info via Clerk (email and OAuth identifiers).
  • Billing handled by Stripe; AutoToken stores plan status and Stripe IDs.
  • Uploads such as images, frames, and tokens stored in Cloudflare R2.
  • First-party analytics events (page views and feature usage) stored in EventLog.
  • Basic technical data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use data

We use data to provide and improve AutoToken, process billing, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse or fraud.

Service providers

AutoToken relies on third-party providers to operate the service, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and Cloudflare R2 (storage). We may also use AI or image processing providers when you choose those features.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. If we ever send non-transactional emails, you can opt out at any time.
