Overview

AutoToken is a web-based tool for creating VTT token images, including frames, masking, and exports. These terms apply to your use of AutoToken at autotoken.app.

Eligibility and accounts

An account is optional for basic use, but required for Pro features, saved libraries, and credits. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Credits

Credits are used for certain compute features. Credits have no cash value and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

User content

You own the images and files you upload. You grant AutoToken a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. AutoToken does not claim ownership of your uploads.

Storage and availability

We aim to keep your content available, but we do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted availability. Please keep your own backups of important files.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content or activity.
• No attempts to exploit, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• No infringement of third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AutoToken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoToken is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
